Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data Xorventa stores about you, including data obtained through connected third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
1. Disconnect a connected social account
To revoke Xorventa’s access to a connected social network and delete the credentials we hold for it, sign in to your account portal at account.xorventa.ai, open Social, and click Disconnect on that network. Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the encrypted access and refresh tokens for that network from our systems — we retain no copy, and the integration can no longer act on your behalf. Any other data we hold from that network is deleted as that network’s terms require. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, YouTube and Google Business Profile share one Google sign-in, so disconnecting any of them disconnects all of them for that Google account.
2. Delete your entire account and all data
To delete everything, sign in at account.xorventa.ai, open Account settings, and choose Delete account. This locks sign-in immediately, ends your subscriptions at the close of the current paid period, and removes your connected-service tokens; data we hold from a connected network is deleted as that network’s terms require. Your other account records, including your configuration and Business Facts, are permanently and irreversibly purged within twelve (12) months, and invoices are kept as long as the law requires — see “Data Retention” in our Privacy Policy.
3. TikTok data specifically
If you connected a TikTok account, you can remove Xorventa’s access at any time from TikTok itself: Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions → Xorventa Social → Remove. Removing access there revokes the token TikTok issued to us.
To also delete what we stored, disconnect TikTok in your Xorventa account (Social → Networks → Disconnect) or email support@xorventa.ai. That removes the encrypted access token and the TikTok account identifier and display name we cached; any other TikTok data we hold is deleted as TikTok’s terms require. Content already published to TikTok stays on TikTok — delete it in the TikTok app.
4. Facebook & Instagram data specifically
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you can also remove Xorventa’s access at any time from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Xorventa → Remove. Removing the integration there, or disconnecting in our portal (step 1), deletes the tokens we hold and stops all access. Xorventa never stores your Facebook or Instagram password.
5. Threads data specifically
Threads is a separate connection from Facebook and Instagram, even though Meta runs all three — so removing Xorventa from Facebook does not remove it from Threads. You can remove Xorventa’s access to Threads from Threads itself: your profile → Menu → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → select Xorventa → Remove.
To also delete what we stored, disconnect Threads in your Xorventa account (Social → Networks → Disconnect) or email support@xorventa.ai. That permanently deletes the encrypted access token and the Threads profile identifier and username we hold, together with the replies we ingested from your posts. Threads does not offer us a way to revoke the authorization on your behalf, so we delete our copy and tell you plainly that we have done so — removing the app in Threads, as above, is what ends the authorization at Meta. Content already published to Threads stays on Threads; delete it in the Threads app or from your published posts in Xorventa.
6. Disconnect a connected AI assistant
To disconnect an AI assistant you connected through the Xorventa Connector, sign in at account.xorventa.ai, open Profile Settings, find Connected AI assistants and choose Revoke. It takes effect immediately: every credential the assistant holds stops working, requests it made that have not yet reached another service are cancelled, and its stored conversation with Xora is deleted. Its remaining credentials and staged files are deleted 30 days later; the record that the connection existed — the assistant’s name, the permissions you granted and the dates — is kept with your account records. What the assistant already received is held by the company that provides it, under that company’s terms — see “Connected AI Assistants” in our Privacy Policy.
7. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, or want us to delete your data on your behalf, email support@xorventa.ai with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email associated with your account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.
