Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to upload, store, transmit, generate, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal in any jurisdiction where the service is accessed, or that promotes, facilitates, or incites illegal activity
• Sexually exploits minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, or constitutes child sexual abuse material
• Promotes terrorism, hatred, violence, or discrimination against protected classes
• Infringes intellectual property, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party
• Constitutes defamation, harassment, stalking, or doxxing of any individual
• Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or other malicious code
• Contains personal data of third parties uploaded without lawful basis
• Contains hate slurs, strong profanity, or graphic violent or sexual terms in content submitted to your Business Facts — such submissions are automatically screened and rejected at upload, so the assistant never serves them; revise the document and resubmit

Prohibited use of the AI system

• Generating or distributing intentionally false content designed to mislead, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity
• Generating content that would facilitate physical harm, weapons creation, or critical-infrastructure attack
• Attempting to extract Xorventa system prompts, training data, or other proprietary system behavior through adversarial prompts
• Using the assistant to give regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) to end-visitors without clear disclosure that the responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate
• Using the service to generate content that violates applicable AI-disclosure regulations (e.g., requiring clear AI-generated labeling where mandated by law)

Technical abuse

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, conversation caps, authentication, or any other access control
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the chat window bundle, API surface, or any backend component
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the service except under an explicit written security-research agreement with Xorventa
• Interfering with the integrity or performance of the service, including denial-of-service attacks, traffic amplification, or load testing without prior written authorization
• Using the service to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the third-party AI and speech providers the service relies on, in violation of their terms of service

Misuse of customer infrastructure

• Placing the chat window on websites other than the ones your chat window is allowed on
• Using the install code from one customer's chat window to serve traffic for an unrelated business or product
• Uploading brand assets (avatar, logo) that infringe third-party trademarks or that misrepresent the customer's identity
• Uploading brand assets that contain confidential, regulated, or private content (uploaded brand assets are served as public web assets — see Privacy Policy)

Data responsibility

You are responsible for the content of the Business Facts you provide to the assistant. You represent that you have the legal right to use, store, and process all content you upload, including any third-party content for which you have obtained the necessary licenses or permissions. You must not upload confidential personal data (financial account numbers, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive categories) into your Business Facts unless expressly supported by a contractual data-handling agreement with Xorventa.

End-visitor responsibility

You are responsible for the conduct of visitors to your chat window. Where visitor input would cause your deployment to violate this AUP, you are expected to deploy reasonable controls — for example, content filters, rate limits at your edge, or explicit terms-of-service for your own site.

Social posting and replies

When you connect a social account, you authorize Xorventa to publish posts and, where you switch it on, to reply on your behalf. You remain responsible for everything published from your accounts, exactly as if you had posted it yourself.

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to act for. Connecting an account you do not control is a violation of this AUP and, separately, of that network's own terms
• You must comply with the terms of each network you connect. Where a network's rules and this AUP differ, the stricter applies
• Do not use the service to send bulk unsolicited messages, to post the same content across accounts to manufacture reach, or to evade a network's rate limits, suspensions or bans
• Do not post media you do not have the rights to publish
• Automatic reply modes are yours to choose per network, and choosing one does not transfer responsibility. Xorventa declines to answer where your approved Business Facts do not support an answer; it does not decide whether a reply should have been sent at all
• Network limits are imposed by the networks, not by us. Xorventa shows them and refuses a post that would breach one — it cannot raise them, and asking it to work around one is a violation

Website changes on a connected site

Connecting a Wix, Shopify, Webflow or WordPress site authorizes Xorventa to read and audit it, and to prepare changes to it. Whether a prepared change is applied is governed by the choice you record: approve each change individually, or switch on automatic changes so qualifying ones apply without a click.

• Connect only a website you own or are authorized to change. Xorventa confirms the site is yours before it reads, audits or changes anything — do not attempt to defeat that confirmation, including by pointing it at a site you do not control
• Xorventa writes search metadata — page titles and descriptions, and canonical or indexing controls where the platform exposes them. It does not write the body copy of your pages, and it may not be directed to
• Switching on automatic changes removes the approval click. It does not widen what may be written: a change that would need a person still waits for one
• A rollback is a new change, reviewed like any other. It is not an undo button, and Xorventa will refuse one that would overwrite newer work
• You are responsible for the content of changes you approve, and for any legal or regulatory requirement that applies to your site

Connected AI assistants

You may connect an outside AI assistant to your account. What such an assistant may do is deliberately narrow: it may REQUEST work that you have already approved, through the product that owns that work. It cannot approve anything itself, and it cannot grant itself a permission you have not given.

• You are responsible for any assistant you connect and for every request it makes, including requests you did not anticipate
• Do not use a connected assistant to bypass an approval step, a rate limit, a conversation cap, or any other control in the service
• Do not connect an assistant to an account that is not yours, or use agent access to act for another business
• Connections can be revoked at any time, and revoking one stops further requests from it

Xora acting on your account

Xora can carry out actions on your own signed-in account pages. She acts only through the switches you turn on and a confirmation you give at the time, said or typed — never on her own initiative, and never beyond what those switches allow.

• Xora does not buy anything, and does not change anything you are billed for
• Xora does not act for visitors to your website. Her account actions are for the signed-in account owner only
• You are responsible for what you authorize her to do, in the same way you are responsible for an action you take yourself in the portal
• Do not attempt to use Xora to act on an account that is not yours, or to perform an action this AUP otherwise prohibits

Enforcement

Xorventa may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service for activity that we determine in good faith violates this AUP. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remediate before suspension. Material violations (illegal content, child safety violations, malware distribution) may result in immediate termination and reporting to applicable authorities.

Reporting violations

To report suspected violations of this AUP, contact support@xorventa.ai with a description of the violation, the affected chat window or domain, and any supporting evidence. We treat abuse reports as a priority.

Changes to this policy

Xorventa may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced through email to the address on file for the customer billing account, or through updates to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
