Leadership
Ron Alterio, Founder of Xorventa.ai, brings more than 25 years of engineering and executive leadership experience across complex product development, large-scale deployment, and operational transformation. Over the course of his career, he has led teams responsible for delivering and supporting technologies at scale, including deployments involving millions of devices across platforms and organizations such as Comcast Xfinity, DIRECTV Genie, and TiVo.
His leadership foundation is rooted in execution, accountability, and engineering discipline — principles that now guide Xorventa.ai's strategy, operating model, and commitment to delivering responsible, production-ready agentic (automated) systems.
